Florida Digital Bill of Rights (in effect July 1, 2024): a privacy law that applies to very large companies (over $1 billion in revenue plus other conditions), so it generally doesn't apply to businesses our size.

A proposed Florida "AI Bill of Rights" (SB 482) passed the Senate in 2026 but not the House, so it is not law.
