The Diagnostic

Thirty minutes. No pitch deck. A written assessment you keep.

We map your operation, name what's actually slowing it down, and tell you what we'd do if we were running it. You get a written stack assessment after the call, whether you hire us or not.

What you get

Four deliverables. Every diagnostic.

Not a summary of what we discussed. A written read on your business that you can act on, whether or not you hire us to act on it.

01

Written stack assessment

Operations, pipeline, technology, and AI coverage: mapped in writing and delivered after the call. Not a summary of what you told us. A structured read of how your business actually runs, against what it could run like.

02

A named cost-of-inaction figure

We put a dollar figure on what staying still costs. Not a range, not a vague directional. A specific, defensible number built from your revenue systems, so the decision to act or not is made with full visibility into the trade-off.

03

The highest-ROI place to start

Not a list of everything you could do. One prioritized recommendation: the highest-leverage intervention in your specific operation, sequenced before anything else, with the reasoning made explicit.

04

A phased roadmap

A build plan where every phase is independently committable. Phase 1 is scoped and priced. Later phases are directional. You can stop after Phase 1 with no lock-in, no obligation, no pressure. The roadmap is a menu.

What to expect

Three steps. Nothing ambiguous.

Before, during, and after the call, spelled out so there are no surprises.

01

Before

Send your website and one sentence on what the business does. That's all we need. We'll research your operation before the call: digital footprint, competitive landscape, visible operational signals. We come prepared; you don't have to.

02

The call

Thirty minutes. We ask, you talk, we map. No pitch deck, no PowerPoint, no agenda sent in advance. The call is structured around understanding how your business actually runs: revenue systems, operational drag, where the money leaks. We build the picture in real time.

03

After

The written stack assessment lands in your inbox. Operations, pipeline, technology, AI coverage: mapped. Cost of inaction: named. Highest-ROI start: identified. Phased roadmap: built. You decide what to do with it.

How every engagement runs

Assess → Architect → Build → Align → Amplify

The diagnostic is Stage 1. It produces the map. Everything built after it deploys onto infrastructure the assessment paid for. No wasted phases, no architectural debt from starting wrong.

01

Assess

Map what's actually broken. Put a dollar figure on it.

02

Architect

Design the system before a line of code. Data, integrations, tiers.

03

Build

Build the systems that remove the constraint: custom software, AI agents, data layers, integrations, automations. Whatever the fix actually requires.

04

Align

Make every system, report, and team speak the same language.

05

Amplify

Compound it. The architecture gets better every quarter.

Questions

Straight answers.

Common ones, answered directly. If yours isn't here, email it.

Is the diagnostic really free?

Yes. The assessment is the door: it's how Krastor gets to know your business and how you get to know how we think. If the diagnostic doesn't surface a problem worth solving, there's no engagement to have. We'd rather tell you that in thirty minutes than string it out.

Will you try to sell me on the call?

No pitch deck. No sales call. The call is structured around mapping your operation: we ask, you talk, we build the picture. The written assessment lands after the call, and you decide what to do with it. There's no high-pressure close built into this process.

Who is this for?

Any business that needs transformation and doesn't know where to start, most of all small and growing businesses. Nobody is too small: a $500K owner-operator with the right problem is a better fit than a $10M business without one. Nobody is too large. The diagnostic scales. If you run a business and feel operational drag, you're the right fit.

What do you need from me before the call?

Your website and one sentence on what the business does. That's it. We do the pre-call research: your digital footprint, competitive landscape, visible operational signals. You don't have to prepare a deck or come with a specific agenda. Just show up.

What happens if I want to move forward after the call?

The diagnostic itself is free, thirty minutes, no obligation. If the assessment reveals a problem worth solving, we scope the next step together, whether that is a fixed-fee Blueprint or a Phase 1 build, and it's yours to commit to or not. Nothing in a Krastor SOW locks you past the phase you've signed.

What comes after the call

If the problem is bigger than thirty minutes, the next step is the Blueprint.

A fixed-fee deep audit of your operation: a written architecture map, a prioritized roadmap, the dollar figure on your biggest gap, and a fixed scope and quote for the build. From $1,500, scoped to your business. A finished plan you own, with us or without us.

Engagement starts here

Book your diagnostic.

Thirty minutes. No pitch deck. A written assessment you keep. If it doesn't reveal a problem worth solving, there's no engagement. That's a fine outcome too.

Not limited to what's listed. Every engagement starts by assessing what your business actually needs, and we build whatever it requires.
